Top 10 QB's for 2011

1. Andrew Luck- Stanford
2. Kellen Moore- Boise State
3. Landry Jones- Oklahoma
4. Terrell Pryor- Ohio State
5. Brandon Weeden- Oklahoma State
6. Taylor Martinez
7. Denard Robinson
8. Daren Thomas
9. E.J Manuel
10. Danny O'Brien

1.Okay, so it's Andrew's "Lucky" day because I chose him as the top QB for next year. He is the most NFL ready out of any quarterback in the 2011-2012 or better yet the most NFL ready player overall. Heisman is written all over him.

2.Kellen Moore is going to obviously put up more monster numbers against the "children of the poor" again next year, and probably will be in the same sentence as Heisman as well.

3.Landry Jones is so underrated even though he passes for over 4700 yards in the 2010 season. He could definitely fill part of Sam Bradford's shoes next year and hit that 5000 yard mark and maybe even have a seat in New York to cheer on Andrew Luck.

4.Terrell Pryor is an all around athlete that may go down into college football as a "should have been", because he won't have the opportunity to make a HUGE impact for Ohio State figuring he is out for the first 5 games. He's my number 4 because of the things he does against teams like Arkansas. Don't sell your jersey kids.

5.Brandon Weeden is going to be great next year. He has the talent around him to put up the numbers like Landry and Kellen (can you say Justin Blackmon?) and could make a jump out for consideration by Heisman voters. Oklahoma State is going be a tough team to beat in 2011.

Future star watch:Two players people haven't gotten a real good look at yet are E.J Manuel and Danny O'Brien. First off E.J Manuel is looking to replace soon to be NFL quarterback Christian Ponder, but because of Ponder's many injuries E.J has had a little experience under center at Florida State. He so far looks to have a good eye for when to tuck and run and when to toss the ball to an open receiver. He runs with such fluidity while defenders just fall off of him. Well he is 6'4 225 pounds. Sounds kinda like a smaller Cam Newton? E.J Manuel shows flashes of greatness and could be a future star.
Now on to Danny O'Brien.
Danny O'Brien is a definite sleeper in this list, especially since he was only a freshman last year and was one of the more accurate passers of his class. He threw for 2,438 yards and 22 touchdowns and 8 interceptions. Throughout the season he showed signs that he could be one of the better quarterbacks in the ACC next year if not one of the better quarterbacks in the country. Too bad Maryland is going through some tough times losing their headcoach because Maryland may have been a real contender in the Atlantic Division with O'Brien at the helm.

2011 is going to be an exciting year for quarterbacks because of all the talent out there right now.
